Easy Crunchy Butter Beans
Ingredients
1 can Biona Butter Beans
1 tbsp Biona Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp black pepper
Method
Preheat the oven to 180/160C fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Drain and rinse the butter beans, then spread them onto a kitchen towel and gently pat them dry. Make sure they are completely dry - if they're still damp they won’t crisp up in the oven.
Add the olive oil to a bowl and mix in the spices. Fold in the beans until evenly coated.
Transfer onto the baking tray and place in the oven to roast for 35-40 minutes until crunchy. Serve as a delicious snack for Bonfire Night!
